Anti-Growth Concentrate from GSI/Camden Products Inc., is a mildew and mold preventive product. The result of five years of research and development, the technology introduces the "encapsulation of a proven fungicide within a liquid latex vehicle," according to the company.

Anti-Growth can be applied by brush, roller or low-pressure sprayer. The product dries at the rate of water to a clear coating the company says is virtually invisible on most surfaces. Designed to be diluted with water, a ready-to-use gallon provides approximately 300 square feet of coverage on most surfaces, the company said.
