Each year, the publication determines the fastest growing franchises based on the length of time the brand has been franchising and the franchise unit growth. HEITS Building Services began franchising in January, 2004, and has experienced an average unit growth of 327% between 2004 and 2006. "The cleaning industry is very resilient to economic ups and downs," says David Heitner, president and CEO of HEITS Building Services. "It is predicted that the cleaning industry will grow to $90 billion in the next three years, with the U.S. Department of Labor predicting a 20% increase in jobs during this time.
