Nelia Viloria is the new account executive for HydraMaster. She has seven years’ experience in the manufacturing field working with the water damage restoration and carpet cleaning industries, and “her ability to work with a diverse group of people, from contractors to different levels of management, has made her knowledgeable and empathic about the needs and wants of customers,” the company said.

HydraMaster also recently hired Bruce Daw to be the company’s new western regional sales manager. A graduate of Brigham Young University, Daw has 20 years of experience in the carpet cleaning industry. He started out as a carpet cleaner and then worked for Bridgepoint, a Salt Lake City-based distributor of carpet and upholstery cleaning products.

“We were looking for someone who new the carpet cleaning industry inside and out,” says Steve Hanig, vice president of sales for HydraMaster. “Bruce was the perfect choice.”
