The Independent Carpet Cleaners Association, a new non-profit organization founded in September 2007, recently opened its online community at www.icca-web.com.

The ICCA's Web site was built around an "online community" concept, meaning that the potential exists for thousands of professional carpet cleaners worldwide to interact online with the goal of sharing knowledge, experiences, and building friendships. Members of this non-profit organization “benefit from the interactive experience, document sharing, technical how to's, customer referrals, and the additional benefits that a professional organization can give each member,” according to the association.
