The Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Certification (IICRC) is proud to announce that Nick Smith with Pacific Steam Carpet Cleaning in Portland Oregon recently has qualified by education and examination as a Certified Carpet Cleaning Technician. This Student has sacrificed many hours and a great deal of time and study to reach this level of certification.
