IICRC Holds Meetings, Honors Members

The IICRC held a series of meetings for instructors, inspectors, cleaners, members, shareholders, and its board of directors.

The Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) held a series of meetings for instructors, inspectors, cleaners, members, shareholders, and the board of directors from Oct. 12-16 at the Shilo Inn Airport in Portland, Ore.

More than 100 instructors attended IICRC's "Train the Trainer" meeting which featured Dr. James Melton as a speaker. At this meeting, the organization honored veteran instructor Jim Henry with the IICRC Founder's Award which is given periodically for service. Tony Macaluso won the "Marathon Man" Award for teaching more than 100 classes in a year. Barry Costa was also honored for his work as an instructor. Steamway and Bridgepoint were honored for teaching the most classes over five-year and a one-year periods, respectively.
