Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) Marketing Committee Chair Ruth Travis and Certification Board Chair Jeff Bishop increased awareness of the IICRC during the National Upholstery and Carpet Cleaners Association (NUCCA) first annual convention in Sydney, Australia. Bishop and Travis presented industry updates on water damage restoration and pricing, color correction, toxic mold, and certification benefits to appraisers, insurance adjusters, and members of NUCCA| and the Australian Restoration and Carpet Cleaning Association (ARCCA).

Fifteen technicians and three firms became IICRC Certified registrants and IICRC renewed its appreciation of the efforts that the NUCCA and ARCCA are making on behalf of the IICRC.
