Clean Team’s Chad Cerullo, Mick Lafata, Rich Benvento and Tom Duval (pictured here, from the left) were some of the 50-plus members of the cleaning industry who came from across the Northeast to Atkinson, N.H. to raise money for melanoma and Down Syndrome research.

Hosted by Salem, N.H.-based distributor Truckmounts and Drying Solutions, the inaugural event was close to the heart of owner Lynn Malone, who took over the reigns of the company after her husband John died last year from malignant melanoma. Additionally, the general manager’s daughter, Ashley Vedrani, is afflicted with Down Syndrome.

“We’re going to have another one of these events next year, so bring all your friends,” Malone said. After showing a slideshow of images featuring John and Ashley to the cleaners and restoration specialists in attendance, she proudly announced the charity event had raised almost $1,800.
