David Burgin, founder and president of Certified International, a prominent manufacturer of carpet cleaning chemicals and the Certified Pile Lifter, passed away on Friday May 12, 2012 in Cleveland, OH. The Certified Brand was purchased by Nilodor, Inc and continues today.
