MoreInfraMation 2005 a rousing success
Judging from the attendance at the ‘IR Clinics' at InfraMation 2005, The Infrared Camera Applications Conference in Las Vegas, Oct. 17-21, the impact of infrared thermography on a wide variety of industries, including restoration and remediation, is strong indeed. More than 650 students enrolled in the 3-hour "how-to" workshops to gain insight and experience to take with them when they get back on the job.

More than 650 students enrolled in the 3-hour "how-to" workshops to gain insight and experience to take with them when they get back on the job.
InfraMation 2005 kicked off with a keynote speech from Pat Cleary, senior vice president of communications at the National Association of Manufacturers. Attendees were also privy to a presentation by a NASA team on how FLIR infrared cameras are being used on the Space Shuttle Discovery (FLIR also offered a free spot-check calibration to anyone who brought their infrared camera to the show). The event provided five days of education and the opportunity for IR-camera users to share their successes.
