Intellibot Robotics selects DecisionOne as service and support provider

Intellibot Robotics has selected DecisionOne to provide installation, preventative maintenance, and onsite service and support for Intellibot’s full line of intelligent floor care robots.

Richmond, VA, February 23, 2009 – Intellibot Robotics has selected DecisionOne, North America’s largest independent technology support services firm, to provide installation, preventative maintenance, and onsite service and support for Intellibot’s full line of intelligent floor care robots.

“Customer service has always been the cornerstone of our relationship with our customers. DecisionOne’s technical expertise, commitment to quality, and reputation for field service delivery makes them an excellent choice to serve as Intellibot’s service partner,” said John Sievila, Vice President of Service for Intellibot.  “Our relationship with DecisionOne enables us to scale quickly to support a growing customer base, while minimizing support costs and allowing us to focus on our core business.”

In conjunction with Intellibot’s existing service staff, DecisionOne technicians will provide installation, onsite warranty and non-warranty repair services, preventative maintenance, and product upgrades to Intellibot’s customers throughout the U.S.
