IOS has formed an alliance with Lagasse Bros Inc.

Internet Office Solutions and Services Inc. (IOS), creators of e-commerce solutions for independent resellers and an eCommerce Industries Inc. (ECI) subsidiary has formed an alliance with Lagasse Bros Inc. a wholesaler of sanitary maintenance products in North America and a subsidiary of United Stationers. Under this exclusive alliance in the janitorial and paper industry, IOS and Lagasse will co-market the Distributor Station e-commerce platform to the Lagasse network of distributors. The platform will allow these distributors to leverage the power of the Internet by selling online from the Lagasse catalog of 3,000 plus items. Distributor Station will also support the new Lagasse Facility Solutions quarterly flyer items.

Distributor Station is a flexible, scalable e-commerce platform that includes an easy-to-use interface, workflow functionality, and extensive administration and reporting capabilities that help distributors optimize their online business. Janitorial and paper distributors that use Distributor Station can enhance customer purchasing experiences and loyalty while gaining operational efficiencies and potential cost savings. The platform, which will be co-marketed by Lagasse Bros Inc. and IOS, will be hosted and maintained by IOS.
