ORLANDO, Fla.--The 2002 ISSA (www.issafoundation.org) Foundation Board assumed office at the ISSA General Meeting, Oct. 19, the final day of ISSA/Interclean USA 2001, held Oct. 16-19 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando. The event was open to all ISSA members.

The 2002 ISSA Foundation Board of Directors is as follows:

New ISSA Foundation Board Member

Director: Jack Key, most recently from Basic Products, Inc.

Re-appointed board members to serve a second three-year term are: Thomas Lane, Unisource Worldwide Inc., and Jack Woodhouse, Standard Paper Sales Co., directors.

New officers tabbed are: Peter Lederer, most recently from IMC Vigoro, chairman; Harry Maziar, National Service Industries Inc., vice chairman; and Randy Brame, Brame Specialty Co. Inc., secretary.

Continuing Service

The following individuals will continue to serve on the 2002 ISSA Foundation Board of Directors in the following capacities: Gray Gradinger, Golden Star Inc., treasurer; Kyle Ogden, Carroll Co., director; Arnold H. Rosenberg, Spectrowax Corp., director; Jack D. Ramaley, Skidaway Consultants, assistant secretary; Bill Balek, ex-officio director; and John Garfinkel, ex-officio director.

Stepping Down

The ISSA Foundation Board also extended its thanks to Greg Rau, Minuteman International Inc., as he completes his term of office.
