ISSA Foundation Board to assume office during General Meeting

The International Sanitary Supply Association, Inc. has announced the 2002 ISSA Foundation Board of Directors.

LINCOLNWOOD, Ill. -- The International Sanitary Supply Association, Inc. (ISSA) has announced the 2002 ISSA Foundation Board of Directors.

The 2002 ISSA (www.issafoundation.org) Foundation Board will assume office at the ISSA General Meeting, slated for Friday, Oct. 19, the last day of ISSA/INTERCLEANR-USA 2001, Oct. 16-19, at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Fla. All ISSA members are invited to attend the meeting.

The 2002 ISSA Foundation Board of Directors is as follows: New ISSA Foundation Board Member Director: Jack Key, most recently from Basic Products, Inc.

Re-appointed board members to serve a second three-year term are: Director: Thomas Lane, Unisource Worldwide, Inc., and Jack Woodhouse, Standard Paper Sales Co., directors.

New officers tabbed are: Peter Lederer, most recently from IMC Vigoro, chairman; Harry Maziar, National Service Industries, Inc., vice chairman; and Randy Brame, Brame Specialty Co., Inc., secretary Continuing Service

The following individuals will continue to serve on the 2002 ISSA Foundation Board of Directors in the following capacities: Gary Gradinger, Golden Star, Inc., treasurer; Kyle Ogden, Carroll Co., director; Arnold H. Rosenberg, Spectrowax Corp., director; Assistant Secretary: Jack D. Ramaley, Skidaway Consultants, assistant secretary; Bill Balek; ex-officio director; and John Garfinkel, ex-officio director.

Stepping Down
The ISSA Foundation Board also extended its thanks to Greg Rau, Minuteman International, Inc., as he completes his term of office.

With more than 700 exhibitors and 17,000 attendees expected, ISSA/INTERCLEANR-USA 2001 is the world's largest exhibition of its kind for the cleaning and maintenance industry.

ISSA includes more than 4,600 member companies from over 67 countries that manufacture, market, and distribute cleaning and maintenance products, equipment, chemicals, and related services to hospitals and other healthcare facilities, schools, factories, foodservice establishments, corporate complexes, commercial businesses, and the vast array of other industrial/institutional facilities worldwide.
