- THE MAGAZINE
President's MessageNow is a good time to let the CCINW Board of Directors and your local Chapter President know what information you would like to have presented at the convention and at upcoming chapter meetings. Although we usually hold few meetings during the summer, this is the time we plan for upcoming events.
The CCINW Convention Committee has been working on the details of our June 2002 convention in Boise, Idaho. (Believe it or not, this needs to be done early.)
We want the Boise convention to work on several levels:
- A good education value, with a program packed with interesting information.
A first-class networking opportunity with time to meet and speak with colleagues that operate successful businesses. (These are the people you can learn from.)
Provide a working vacation, relaxation and fun for you and your family. (And a tax-deductible business expense.)
An experience that could be the difference in the future success of your business
The family activities are well established, as the City of Boise's River Festival will be the backdrop for our event. You can come early for the golf tournament;we will have a combination of an interesting golf course and wonderful prizes made available by our sponsors.
The most important task we have is deciding which topics and speakers will be of the greatest interest to our membership, and, could the topic be fully explained in a short seminar format.
This is where we need your help. We need to know what 'gaps' exist in your knowledge of your business? What topics are you interested in knowing more about? What speakers would you pay to hear? Are there any systems or procedures that should be shared?
Please let us know what you want to see, and we'll do our best to make it so.
