The year 2008 marks Jon-Don’s 30th year in business. Since its foundation in 1978 by John and Nick Paolella, Jon-Don has been focused on forming partnerships with its customers.

“Our success has always been tied to the success of our customers, employees and vendors. We work to understand their goals and objectives and then develop a plan to assist them,” according to John Paolella, President. From education and marketing materials to equipment and chemicals, Jon-Don has an extensive product and service line for fire and water restoration contractors, carpet cleaning professionals, building service contractors and in-house service providers.

Over the past 30 years, Jon-Don has strategically expanded its distribution centers and stores to better serve its customers nationwide. What began as a single store in Elk Grove, IL has now grown into ten locations across the country serving thousands of customers.

Jon-Don credits its incredible achievements to its outstanding staff, many of whom have been with the company for over ten years. “You’re only as good as your help,” says Nick Paolella, Vice President. “Surround yourself with people smarter than you and you’ll see just how smart you are!”
