Making its start with only a “handful” of products, 23 years later, Jon-Don reaches a milestone in its history by celebrating its 23rd anniversary.

Owned by cousins John and Nick Paolella, the company first began in a 3,300-sq.-ft. facility that bears little resemblance to its current 73,000-sq.-ft. Roselle, Ill. headquarters, and four satellite locations.

With a vision for a strong carpet care product line, John ran the office while Nick “worked the street” in direct sales.

The company has expanded to include more than 500 vendors, and its catalog has grown from a two-page brochure used locally to a 300-plus page national publication. In addition, Jon-Don’s website (www.jondon.com) offers online ordering capabilities.

Both John and Nick say the success of their company lies with their employees and customers.
