Weston, WI. -- August 1, 2008 – K-tech Kleening Systems, Inc., a diverse provider of commercial and residential cleaning as well as environmental and restoration services, announced today that it has acquired First Choice Cleaning Services of Appleton. The acquisition will increase K-tech’s service area, allowing them to continue to provide janitorial and residential cleaning services for thousands of businesses and families throughout Wisconsin.

“I am really excited about the opportunities and the additional professional services we are going to be able to offer new and existing customers,” Lee Fahrenkrug, owner of First Choice Cleaning Services, said. Fahrenkrug will become the branch manager, handling sales and operations in the Fox Valley for K-tech.

“We are very excited about this new opportunity and welcome First Choice Cleaning Services and its employees into the K-tech Family. We intend to continue offering the current services that First Choice Cleaning Services offers as well as introducing new services that will benefit the Fox Valley and Green Bay. This will allow us to continue to serve eastern Wisconsin in a much larger capacity,” K-tech President Craig Kersemeier said.

First Choice Cleaning will be the fifth acquisition in the last few years and will make K-tech one of the largest restoration service providers in the state, with over 46 service vehicles and nearly 120 employees.
