Kaivac Inc. recently announced several organizational changes designed to support its corporate strategy and growth goals. According to the company, the changes are intended to enhance two components of Kaivac's business strategy: developing and executing marketing strategy and maximizing sales.

Tom Morrison has been named vice president of marketing. Morrison will chart Kaivac's marketing direction and provide day-to-day management of the marketing department. Bill Purcell has been promoted to vice president of sales for the Western United States, with Mike Tracy his counterpart in the East.
