Kaivac, Inc., announces that the U.S. Patent Office has issued U.S. Patent No. 7,270,251 for its KaiMotion cleaning system.

KaiMotion is designed for high-performance floor mopping and floor finishing. The unit has a self-dispensing solution tank with precise flow control to accurately dispense cleaning solution and floor finish. This helps reduce chemical waste by 30 to as much as 90 percent, the company said.

The KaiMotion incorporates microfiber technology for solution/finish application and is engineered to ensure that custodians use only fresh, clean solution.
