Kärcher acquires C-Tech Industries

Kärcher has acquired Camas, Wash.-based C-Tech Industries, a market leader for professional pressure washers, from Harbour Group Limited.

According to Kärcher, after a thorough market analysis the company has found in C-Tech what it considers to be the best possible partner for future development in the American market. C-Tech will continue to be run as an independent company, and its major brands will be retained, according to Kärcher.
