The Kellermeyer Co. of Toledo, Ohio has acquired Livonia, Mich.-based Bockstanz Brothers Co. to increase and strengthen their market share in the Detroit metro region.

Bockstanz Brothers, founded in 1906, is an original founding member of the International Sanitary Supply Association and a major janitor supply and paper products distributor in the Detroit market.

Bockstanz/Kellermeyer will move to a new location in Detroit to better serve their market. The new location will contain a training facility.
