At the annual membership meeting in Clearwater Beach, FL, the slate of officers was presented.

The International Cleaning and Restoration Association (ICRA) has announced recent affiliations with the New England Institute of Restoration and Cleaning (NEIRC) and the New York Rug Cleaners Institute (NYRCI), according to a press release.

According to a press release, the International Cleaning and Restoration Association (ICRA) has created a consumer website to help property owners recover from flood waters as a result of Hurricane Sandy and to help understand the restoration process.

I define an “expert” as one who masters the details of her or his profession. And part of that expertise includes keeping up with changes in their industry. 

The Experience Events and Disaster Kleenup International (DKI) announced that they have entered into a working relationship to bring the most advanced information and procedures to the restoration industry.
