Three models of the popular Hoover Self Propelled WindTunnel(TM) upright vacuum cleaner now come with the addition of an on-board turbine-powered hand tool, which is ideal for cleaning stairs and upholstery. The hand tool also features WindTunnel technology and a powered brush roll that can be turned on or off. It is attached to a stretch hose and conveniently housed in a compartment on the top and front of the cleaner. Other cleaning tools are located on the back of the cleaner.
The new WindTunnel models with a powered hand tool will be available at some retail locations later this month, and they will be widely available by the end of March. The top model in the line is expected to retail from $369 to $469, while the other two models are expected to retail from $299 to $369.
