Ken McIntosh, technical director of the Carpet and Rug Institute (CRI), recently received the ISCT Excellence in Service Award from the International Society of Cleaning Technicians (ISCT).

The award is presented to an individual who has given extraordinary service to the industry and who exemplifies the highest level of integrity and standards of professionalism.

McIntosh was chosen based on his many years of contributions to not only the carpet industry but also the cleaning and restoration industry, as well as his dedicated efforts to strengthen the working relationship between the two industries.
