Modernistic Carpet Cleaning and Koppang Franchise Development have named Jim Gatza and Doug Schuster Co-Franchisees of the Year for the Modernistic franchise network.

Gatza is the owner and president of the Modernistic franchise in Michigan's Bay, Isabelle, Midland and Saginaw counties. Schuster is the owner and president of the Modernistic franchise in Livingston and Genesee counties.
