Troy, MI-based Koppang Franchise Development Co. recently granted its first franchise to Doug Schuster, formerly a top salesperson for Pepsi. The new Flint, MI-based operation covers Genessee and Livingston counties.

Koppang is in negotiations to establish two additional Modernistic franchises in Michigan, as well as in Maryland, Florida and Colorado.
