The United Association of Mobile Contract Cleaners, a vendor-sponsored association, was formed Dec. 2, 2005. The UAMCC will encompass air duct cleaning, carpet cleaning, commercial janitorial service, insurance, power washing, water blasting and window cleaning.

The first UAMCC National Convention and Trade Show will be held in Fort Worth, Texas, May 4-6. The association is intended "to fill the need for those contract cleaners that already provide or wish to provide services for more than one trade."
