The theme for the 18th NADCA Annual Meeting & Exposition was “Profiting From Teamwork.” Featuring nearly 650 attendees in an all-in-one-room format and new networking events, this year’s meeting went a long way in building a stronger association. Leading industry experts, including representatives from IICRC and the EPA, provided technical and applicable knowledge on topics such as water, mold and smoke restoration, commercial documentation, and issues related to the use of antimicrobial chemicals in HVAC systems.
NADCA’s International Forum hosted participants from Australia, Canada, China, Japan, Italy, United Arab Emirates, and the United States. Participants reported on the industry’s state of affairs in their own countries, contributing to an overall picture of increasing sales, new governmental regulations, and new business opportunities available through international collaboration.
