Nilfisk-Advance has acquired Coeur d’Alene, Idaho-based U.S. Products. U.S. Products will continue to manufacture U.S. Products-brand equipment at it facility, and will operate under present management as an independent company with its own sales force within Nilfisk-Advance.

“We are very pleased to bring U.S. Products into the Nilfisk-Advance family,” said Christian Cornelius-Knudsen, Nilfisk-Advance’s North American president and CEO said. “U.S. Products has introduced innovative carpet extraction products that strongly complement our own product lines. We plan to expand our presence in the carpet extraction market segment and make U.S. Products and Coeur d’Alene the centerpiece of that expansion.”
