K-Tech Kleening Systems and Northcentral Technical College are partnering to create a Smart Home featuring innovative green, renewable and sustainable building practices. The Smart Home will provide real world teaching and learning opportunities to prepare students for work in the restoration, insurance, construction and government industries.

“Partnering with NTC on programs such as this helps create the education our employees will need for the future of the industry, as well as having the students better prepared when they enter the workforce,” Craig Kersemeier, K-Tech Kleening Systems president, said. “This happens when the college, businesses and industry collaborate on program development.”
