John Banta will be teaching in Denver in March

March 15-16, 2010
Inspection & Preliminary Determination Course featuring John Banta of Restoration Consultants

PCUCA will host this important class that takes a critical look at the presence of pre-existing conditions, contaminants (e.g., sewage or mold), and health and safety hazards, and address where the drying process cannot be completed in a timely manner.

The class will present valuable information about properly gathering information during the inspection process, looking at the initial response and safety and health issues for many of the restoration jobs we get involved in and developing a pre-restoration inspection process and gathering of the proper information.

The class will also discuss how to arrive at a proper preliminary determination, pre-restoration evaluation of the structure itself and the contents that are involved in the claim. Ultimately, the scope of work and the project planning is the goal, to make the process a uniform result of our work.
