The PCUCA’s exclusive Advanced Water Damage Restoration Course Inspection & Preliminary Determination with John Banta of Restoration Consultants is set for Oct. 22-23. A unique two-day program that provides restorers and remediators with the training needed to inspect buildings and develop a preliminary determination consistent with the IICRC S500 and S520.

Appropriate documentation limits liability, helps to develop an accurate scope, and provides the basis to generate accurate and well documented invoices. Additionally, by identifying pre-existing conditions and other building related issues, restorers can minimize complaints and potential litigation.

This is the first time that this course will be held in the PCUCA region. PCUCA Member and non-Member pricing available. Space is limited, so contact the PCUCA office to register today.
