SCRT Update

At the annual membership meeting in Clearwater Beach, FL, the slate of officers was presented. The officers for 2012 are:

• President: Gary Glenn
• Vice President of Operations: Pete Duncanson
• Vice President of Marketing: Bruce DeLoatch
• Vice President of Membership: Cara Agerbeck
• Secretary: Rachel Adams
• Treasurer: Patti Savelle
• Board Members: Lenny Mingus, Chris Taylor, Don McNulty, Ken McIntosh, Tom Sherman, Carey Mitchell, Jeff Bishop

The membership meeting and reception was a great success. Speaker Fritz Thompson, an SCRT member, voiced concerns about SCRT being a member of the ICRA (Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Association). We also had ICRA President Craig Kersemeier speak on Mr. Thompson’s concerns. Larry Cooper and his staff from M&E (Meetings and Events) were also present to answer questions for the members in attendance.

At the conclusion of the membership meeting, the members reception was held.

It is always great to have the opportunity to bring members together in Florida and Las Vegas.
