ABM Industries exceeds 2000 third quarter dividend

SAN FRANCISCO—ABM Industries recently declared a third quarter dividend of 16.5 cents per share, up 6.5% from the third quarter cash dividend in 2000. This announcement marks the company’s 141st consecutive quarterly cash dividend.

The company has reported record high revenues, net income and diluted net income per share for the second fiscal quarter and first six months of the fiscal year.
