ABM Janitorial Services Awarded Prentiss Properties Contract

ABM Janitorial Services signs a multi-million dollar contract for building maintenance for seven facilities located in Chicago and the surrounding suburbs.

SAN FRANCISCO -- ABM Janitorial Services, a wholly-owned subsidiary of ABM Industries Incorporated (NYSE:ABM) has been awarded a multi-year, multi-million dollar contract with Prentiss Properties Trust (NYSE:PP) for building maintenance for seven Prentiss facilities located in Chicago and the surrounding suburbs.

ABM Industries provides air conditioning and janitorial services for commercial, industrial, institutional and retail facilities in hundreds of cities across North America, among other services.

"This contract expands our existing relationship with Prentiss Properties, and capitalizes on our resources, experience and efficiencies."

According to Phil O'Donnell, regional vice president of operations for Prentiss Properties, "Our goal is to provide quality service at a cost-effective rate to our tenants. This contract with ABM Janitorial is a further enhancement of our tenant services."
