A certified restorer with more than 28 years’ experience, Dow is president and CEO of Dow Columbia, Inc., a cleaning and restoration company with locations in Portland, OR, and Vancouver, WA. He is also CEO of Humidity Control Systems, Inc., Vancouver, WA.
