Spivak Award for distinguished contributions to the carpet and upholstery cleaning industry. And the Helen Bradley Distinguished Service Award was bestowed upon Walt Legenstein of Certified Carpet in Lancaster, Penn., for his outstanding contributions to the industry over the past two decades.
