“This is a Hydro-Lab and industry first,” Bolden’s Manufacturing President Kurt Bolden said. “Training, education and certification is critical in our industry. There are nuances and issues that can arise between languages. Having a bilingual individual present will help make a difference all the way around. There’s definitely a void in this area, and we wanted to be proactive by providing a translator to give our Spanish-speaking participants every opportunity to better understand course material and test questions.”
