Bridgewater has acquired Groom Industries

Bridgewater, Inc., announced the acquisition of Groom Industries, a leading manufacturer of carpet and upholstery grooming tools.

Groom Industries’ operations will be fully integrated into Bridgewater’s family of professional cleaning and restoration companies: Bridgepoint Systems Chemicals, Hydroforce Manufacturing, TES high-speed structural drying systems, CRW Supply, Interlink Supply, and Interlink Financial Services. Frank Beach, president of Groom Industries will remain with the company.
