The world’s Largest Pie Fight, certified by Guinness World Records.
Dalton-based Shaw Industries, the world’s largest carpet maker, achieved that
recognition during the company’s Dallas market event on Thursday. The
history-making spectacle involved 434 participants as well as 1,200 apple,
cherry and chocolate pies.
The
company held the pie fight on its Anso nylon carpet
as a way to demonstrate Anso nylon’s ability to repel stains and to be easily
