CarpetCleaning.org announces its new Customer Review Hotline. The service provides member companies with a dedicated phone number that enables customers to provide feedback of their carpet cleaning experience. The message is left on the hotline, transcribed and approved before being posted to the CarpetCleaning.org member page.
