Centrum Force sponsoring The Rug Summit II

Centrum Force co-founders Greg Turcotte and Tom Monahan announced they will be sponsoring The Rug Summit II, Feb. 12-13, 2010 in Troy, Mich. The event will be held at Modernistic's Rugology facility.

A new era of classroom and hands-on education, The Rug Summit II will feature rug washing clinics, with Thea Sand and Jeff Jones conducting many of the sessions. Well known for his active involvement in the National Institute of Rug Cleaners (NIRC), Jeff Jones is currently the president of RIA.

Additionally, the two-day event will include topics like Construction; Identification; Cultural Significance; Washing Techniques; and Repair. John Mosher and others will discuss marketing high-quality boutique rug washing to the community with systems that are currently working in this economic climate. A Wools of New Zealand mini-certificate course will be included in the sessions.
