Chapter Director Vince Attardo reports that a great LA Chapter meeting was held last month at Fibermark in Santa Monica. Fibermark founder and CEO Mark Goodman was the gracious host and moderator for the evening. He covered uncommon solutions to rug, carpet, and upholstery cleaning concerns, the importance of doing a thorough inspection of the articles to be cleaned, and the vital importance of proper communication with our clients to achieve realistic expectations.
Chapter Directors Graham Bedwell and Vince Attardo recently held a joint Regional Education Day and Swap Meet at Central California Cleaning Supply in Fullerton. There was lots of hands-on training and demonstrations on a number of subjects. Thanks to hosts Felix Gonzales and Shawn Forsythe, who were ready to answer all cleaning questions.
