Jim Harris, Sr., president of Concepts IV, and Frank Wiley, president of Magnitude Marketing, were elected chairman of the launch committee and interim executive director, respectively. They were chartered with establishing three sub-committees: Vision/Mission/Value; Goals & Budget; and Bylaws. The sub-committees are expected to complete their work and present their results to the overall CIRI Steering Committee June 21-22.
