ClaimStar and PLRB roll out new distance-learning service

Working in close cooperation with the Property Loss Research Bureau, ClaimStar is rolling out the first six of a planned 15 PLRB/ClaimStar distance-learning modules.

The first six modules are: Who Is an Adjuster?; Coverage Determination; Commercial Built-Up Roofing; Hail Damage to Roofing; Restorative Drying1 - Psychrometry; and Restorative Drying 2 - Principals and Equipment.

The instructional design employed is primarily directive learning. Adjusters must receive a passing score on the assessment given in each module before completion credit is given.
