Clorox Names new Execs

Oakland, Calif. (Business Wire) --The Clorox Co. has made the following executive appointments, effective March 1, 2001. Dan Heinrich, formerly senior vice president-treasurer of Transamerica Finance Corporation, has accepted the corporate officer position of vice president-controller at Clorox. Greg Frank, currently vice president-controller for Clorox, has been appointed to the position of vice president-treasurer.

As the company's chief accounting officer, Heinrich will have responsibility for financial reporting and systems, customer financial services and internal audit. Frank will have overall responsibility for corporate planning and analysis, capital structure planning, cash management, foreign currency management and risk management.
