Coverall Cleaning Concepts to Expand Franchising

November 1, 2007

Santa Barbara, CA – Coverall Cleaning Concepts, a leading provider of commercial cleaning services, today announced plans to begin franchising in Salt Lake City, Albuquerque, Boise and Reno. The four new locations will increase the company’s locations to a total of 94 metropolitan markets in the U.S. and abroad, including its first franchise operations in Utah, New Mexico and Idaho.

Coverall Mountain & Pacific is a Santa Barbara County based company. Mark Melton, president of Coverall Mountain & Pacific, is a 10-year Coverall Cleaning Concepts Master Franchise operator. He will own and manage all four new support centers. Coverall Mountain & Pacific currently operates Coverall Support Centers serving Los Angeles County, the San Francisco Bay Area, Fresno/Bakersfield and the Central Coast of California. Coverall Mountain & Pacific expects to open its first new location in Salt Lake City in early 2008, to be followed by Albuquerque, Boise and Reno.

“Coverall Cleaning Concepts already does business in these four markets through our National Accounts program. We have solid accounts already established in each city. There is a demand for janitorial services in these areas,” said Mark Melton, President of Coverall Mountain & Pacific. “All four locations will be strong additions to the Coverall Cleaning Concepts network and to the commercial cleaning options available to customers in each city.”

“We are always looking for good growth opportunities, and each of these four cities has a substantial business community into which we can sell our services,” said Ted Elliott, President and CEO of Coverall Cleaning Concepts. “Mark Melton has extensive experience in launching new markets for us, building a strong local organization, and ensuring that our customers are served well, so both those who join our franchise network and those who sign on as customers will be in good hands.”

Each location will function as a franchise sales office, training center, and central contact point for local businesses interested in using the company’s cleaning services. New Franchise Owners will be furnished with comprehensive training, equipment, billing and collection services, and an initial customer base.

The new Support Centers will add to a 22-year growth pattern that has built Coverall Cleaning Concepts into a worldwide business with 9,000 Franchise Owners. The company has nearly 50,000 customer accounts around the globe, including small and large office buildings, industrial complexes, healthcare facilities, banks, department stores, corporate headquarters, and even historic sites.
