Dick Gillespie, who most recently served in the role of president, will remain on the company's Board of Directors.

"With skilled management and dedication, Bill has greatly contributed to the growth and success of Dri-Eaz over the last several years," said Claude Blackburn, Dri-Eaz founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors. "I am extremely proud of Dri-Eaz' history as a company that's focused on providing high-quality solutions for our customers and on helping people when flood or natural disaster strikes," Bruders said. "I look forward to continuing to help lead the company's future growth, while ensuring we support our legacy, our workforce, and our community."
