DuPont Teflon recently developed Teflon Advanced for Wool, a water-based carpet protector designed to protect wool carpets and rugs from staining. According to DuPont, the new product forms an invisible barrier around the wool fiber, preventing dirt from sticking to carpets and rugs.

DuPont Teflon recently developed Teflon Advanced for Wool, a water-based carpet protector designed to protect wool carpets and rugs from staining. According to DuPont, the new product forms an invisible barrier around the wool fiber, preventing dirt from sticking to carpets and rugs.
Teflon Advanced for Wool can be used on wet or dry rugs at a commercial cleaning plant or in homes. The company recommends that the formula be worked into the fibers with a soft brush immediately after application.
